General Business and Booking Terms

The most important things with regard to the reservation.

  • All displayed prices contain taxes. The VAT rate is reported.
  • ** Reservations are binding when the pre-payment indicated in the reservation form has arrived.
  • We reserve ourselves, for operational reasons to cancel reservations.* If this occurs within one week before your arrival we pay in addition to the restitution of the pre-payment a compensation by height of the pre-payment amount - maximum 100€.
  • *** Because the pre-payment goes with external reservation to the service provider and we have no document about that, we must ask you in this case to hand over the receipt. We refund these payment of course.
  • * If the reservation is cancelled by you within the week before your arrival we withhold the pre-payment amount - maximum 100€. The rest is refunded. A restitution of the pre-payment amount (less 10.-€ of cancelation costs) also occurs with cancellations earlier than one week before the arrival day.
  • *** With external reservation please contact the service provider for the restitution of the pre-payment. If we cannot rent the flat for this time we unfortunately we have to claim a compensation of 100€.
  • Please, plan carefully and coumunicate changes of arrival and departure or / and number of persons. We take changes, also with the number of visitors, within the scope of the possibilities free of charge.
  • The maximum number of visitors are four persons, including children. In addition, up to two children of less than three years. (Unfortunately, we have at the moment still no cots. Hence, with short stays less than one weeks the children must sleep provisionally in the normal beds and it decreases the maximum number of the adults accordingly. We hope this restriction to be able to lift soon. For reservations from more than one week we find a solution.)
  • Actually the booking goes with a service provider and we get in contact after you pay the pre-payment to them.
  • We send you a booking confirmation with a phone number to organize the handing over of the keys. Please, come to the agreed time and do not keep waiting our representative. If you do not appear within half an hour you have to agree a new appointment.
  • The payment is due at the latest on the arrival day when handing over the keys.
  • A key security of 50.-€ is to be deposited with key handing over which is refunded on return. The front door key also opens the door to the big green inner courtyard with playground for children, table tennis record and park-benches. Care, all doors to the court have from the outside no handles and without key you do not come in.
  • Please agree the devolution of the keys well in advance of your departure. Should you forget to give back the keys please send them back immediately as cerified card to the flat address in a upholstered envelope. If the keys do not reach us within 48 hours after your departure the deposite is not refunded.
  • You are liable for damages to the flat and to the inventory. Please, inform if something gets broken or already was broken before your visit. We certainly come for a concerted solution.
  • Smoking in the apartment is not permitted at all and leads to an immediate cancelation of the contract without refund of made payments. We ask for understanding for this uncompromising position, but a smoky flat is not rentable for a certain time and the danger of fire damages is simply too high to us.
  • Garbage cans are in the kitchen under the rinsing - rest garbage, plastic, paper - the garbage tonnes stand in the court - on the left 200 m.
  • Please, use the electrical appliances of the flat with care. No metal parts in the microwave! The cooking field functions by induction. Only the pots and frying pans intended for it can be used.
  • The heating regulators of both rooms work with automatic night sinking. Please, do not experiment with the settings. With the regulation wheel you can raise the temperature or lower. Other settings are not necessary and if you do not manage call please our representative.
  • Please secure the windows after opening and ventilate in winter only briefly to not traise needleesly the heating costs. In particular in the bath after showering well ventilate and turn off the heating meanwhile.
