We offer our flat to get the permanent costs and have a home during our own visits in Berlin. You are virtually our guests. We really aren't looking for profits and you're welcome to have a nice time. If you feel comfortable we are sure you will tell your friends.
Before we enter in details: If you are smoker and won't be able to resist while you are in the flat you should better look for another accommodation. We don't like for us nor other guests to have to smell the "Malboro's Taste". There is a huge green yard inside the installation and enough room to enjoy your addiction during a walk - if there is no other way to avoid it!
Should anything get broken during your stay please don't hesitate to tell us on your depart that we can replace it.
If you are the first time in Berlin you won't have noticed that there is a high density of dogs out there and really few owners eliminate the output of their animals. That results in a lot of "mines" which frequently are brought at home under ones shoes. Therefore - and naturally to preserve the polished wooden floor too - its surely not a bad idea to put off your shoes yet in the hall.
